The Shabby Chic Conservatory's founder Amelia has a keen eye and passion for interior design. With grown up children, she found herself with more spare time and decided to set up a studio space in her conservatory to bring new life to old, pre-loved pieces of furniture.
Amelia loves rummaging in antique and second-hand shops, finding the perfect piece to breathe new life into. She spends hours in the conservatory, losing herself in new creations that she feels anyone would be proud to have gracing their home.
Each piece is finished to a very high quality and she hopes that you will love her creations as much as she does.

Every piece of furniture by The Shabby Chic Conservatory has been refurbished to the highest quality.
Most of our items are sanded back, primed, painted and then coated in a stain resistant varnish meaning your piece of furniture will be very tough wearing. Some natural woods are too stunning to paint! In these cases, the natural wood is sanded back and varnished to display its natural beauty will providing a smooth surface.

Because we search high and low for stunning pre-loved item of furniture, we rarely come across the same piece which means everything we create is one-of-a-kind and no two pieces will ever be the same.
